just suffered through an absolutely dreadful taco night made by someone who repeatedly stated that he was really good at making tacos bc he’s from California.

#dry ass chicken breast seasoned w salt and ancho chile powder only which he described as ‘simple but delicious. most people don’t know to #cook with ancho chile’. then shredded cheese from a pouch guacamole from a pouch and chopped raw onion #no other vegetables. no sour cream. no salsa.#taco was dry as hell . the very least he could have done is cook the onion w the chicken
